Registration Policy
- Each accepted paper requires at least one full (non-student) registration.
- Each full registration covers up to one paper. Additional papers require extra paper fees.
- Registration includes access to all technical sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, and the conference banquet.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received before the early bird registration deadline. No refunds will be given after that date.
