For the initial submission, authors may select one of the following two submission types. Both types share the same submission deadline and will undergo peer review.
Submission Types
-
Type 1 — Two-Page Abstract
An extended abstract of up to 2 pages summarizing the novelty and key results of your work. -
Type 2 — Full Paper (4–6 pages)
A full-length paper of 4 to 6 pages. Only submissions that include a full paper at the initial submission stage are eligible for the Best Paper Award.
Both submission types share the same deadline of December 15, 2026, with acceptance notified by January 31, 2027. Authors who submit only a two-page abstract may, after acceptance, still submit a full paper (4–6 pages) for inclusion in IEEE Xplore; however, abstract-only submissions are not eligible for the Best Paper Award.
